Proctor & Stevenson's Intimis wins top award
Intimis, the Bristol-based Proctor & Stevenson owned company, has won the prestigious B2B Marketing Award for its patented Intimis Tracker product at the B2B Marketing Awards 2008 held at the Emirates Stadium in London.
Run by the publication B2B Marketing, the awards ceremony is an annual celebration of the best campaigns, products and services in the sector. A panel of judges is convened to scrutinise nominated award entries that this year included representatives from IBM and Google under the chairmanship of leading practitioner, Peter Young. In selecting Intimis Tracker for the award the judges recognised the unique ability of the product to improve the efficiency and accuracy of direct marketing campaigns through the tracking of behavioural response across multiple channels.
“The world of advertising and direct mail is turning increasingly to sophisticated tracker products that can deliver the meta-data and context on customer leads. Intimis has been at the forefront of this for the past three years and has been validated in the approach it has taken,” explains Kevin Mason, director of Intimis. “Intimis has already proven to be a winner with our clients, both here and abroad, but it is tremendous to see it awarded such a prestigious industry prize.”
Intimis Tracker delivers response behaviour tracking for delivery in any channel – Direct Mail, Email, SMS, telephony or personalised subscription advertising – to any selected web-page without the need for specially built microsites.
Intimis works with well known names including Igel Technology, Open University, Samsung, the Association of Teachers & Lecturers and AutoEurope and markets and licences the technology not only to professional marketers but also to design and communications agencies, printers and corporate information solution providers.
