Agencies, freelancers and clients are all reporting more activity than for some time. Could this be the first signs of some consistent growth again?

The anecdotal evidence we are seeing seems to indicate a more consistent spend pattern by client marketing departments with the agency community. Our freelance contacts are also reporting a more positive reception when looking for work. It seems to have taken a little longer to settle this year - maybe the snow had something to do with that, but the future is looking just a little brighter now as we peer over the garden wall into Spring 2010.
